Overall Experience

The Mundo Pixar Experience is an immersive walkthrough, with 13 rooms set in a different Pixar movie. Some of the movies that have been brought to life include Monsters Inc, Ratatouille and Cars. In each room you will have the opportunity to take multiple pictures, search for the Pixar ball and experience the different smells of any set. The rooms are very spacious so you don't feel crammed in, and you can move freely if needs be. In my opinion, the Mundo Pixar Experience was incredible and that I thoroughly enjoyed it. However, I did notice quite a few families with small children struggling to be entertained, so my advice is this experience is aimed at older children from the age 8 upwards.

Things That Stood Out:

There is a friendly member of staff in every room.

There are different sounds and smells in every room.

My favourite room was Finding Nemo.

We asked to use the sensory room, but we were told there wasn’t one. However, we were offered the first aid room instead.

Things to Know:

It is about a 5-minute walk from Wembley Park tube station (step free route if needed).

They say it lasts about an hour, but we finished it in about 40 minutes.

There is a cloakroom, where you can pay £3 to store your bags and coats.

There is about 30 people in each group. My top tip is to let everyone go through to the next room, because it is quieter to be able to enjoy the room.

There are only toilets where you start and finish.

Before each room there was a sensory information sign, all information was available in braille.

Once you have left the room you cannot go back.

Audio description was available from a QR code before each room.

No food or drink allowed.

Before the Cars room, there is a notice for photosensitivity/ seizure/ epilepsy, that certain visual patterns may trigger, and they recommend skipping the room.
